In the United States, about 77.9 million adults are afflicted with high blood pressure. I happen to be one of them.

After a blood pressure-related death in my family, I was forced to evaluate my own health. This meant acknowledging the elephant of (what Dr.'s called) "chronic - hereditary - high blood pressure" in the room - that I had been ignoring - for over 12 years. I wasn't overweight, I didn't eat poorly, and was at a loss for areas I could focus on to get my numbers down.

While others may be quick to ask their doctor which pill will band-aid their ailment, I tend to NOT look to a pharmaceutical for-profit corporation to "cure" me.

Common side effects of prescription blood pressure medication include dizziness, weight gain, headaches, constipation, insomnia, and fatigue (all nightmare-ish to an active adult woman with children). These are just the "common" side effects. Blood pressure medications have recently been linked to much worse side effects including cancer

I was (and still am) simply unwilling to look to Big Pharma for a band-aid, so I set out to lower my blood pressure consciously and naturally. While nothing can take the place of exercise and dietary changes when trying to permanently lower blood pressure, I found something that is quite effective.

A potent tincture packed with concentrated doses of nature's very own blood pressure remedies. It's called 'Happy Heart' and it is produced by Nomadic Naturals. This tiny tincture packs a powerful punch, ultimately lowering my blood pressure 20 points in the first two weeks of using it. [155/99 - 132/80]

There aren't any hard to pronounce words, or any synthetic ingredients cooked up in a lab. In fact, nearly all of the 5 ingredients can be found at your local grocer and are listed directly on the bottle. These ingredients have a long, well-documented history of lowering blood pressure naturally, on its own. When combined in this uniquely blended tincture these berries, roots, and herbs have helped drastically lower my blood pressure all but instantly.

How about an added bonus? It tastes delicious! The directions say you can add to water but I enjoyed the flavor so much I took it straight from the dropper twice a day. No negative side effects. Not a single one! Definitely NOT cancer causing.

If you are battling high blood pressure like me, conscious of what you put into your body and skeptical of Big Pharma - I highly recommend giving this tincture a try. Not only is it effective, but it is extremely affordable. The 2 oz bottle costs around 15$ and it lasted me a month, so around .50c a day (which is a small price to pay to stay alive if you ask me).
