The groundwork has already been laid.
Vaccinations here in the U.S. are already mandatory in order for a student to enter school (this doesn’t mean there are not ways of getting around that mandate). Out of 196 countries in the world, the U.S. is one of the 34 countries who have mandatory vaccines. Most states within the U.S. allow for medical, religious and philosophical exemptions but some states have taken their policy a step further and only allowed for medical exemptions. Medical exemptions, in general, have to be written by a doctor and often require some form of proof of some previous reaction. The 'medical exemption only' states are putting the clamp down on available options and your liberties.
The concept behind the mandate regarding vaccinations and school is defective logic at best, at worst a sophisticated plan for profit. To think that the unvaccinated child could somehow spread the disease or illness the vaccinated children have been vaccinated against suggests that the vaccines don't actually work. It should be nearly impossible, if vaccinations are in fact effective at creating immunity, for an unvaccinated child who may get a particular disease, to give it to other children who have been vaccinated. Except the pharmaceutical companies lie and manipulate the data (come on, don't act surprised!) then pass this information on to the organizations who mandate the vaccines.
This is becoming a dangerous part of the speech surrounding vaccines these days; what the individual wants is not important, the doctors or government have to make these decisions for everyone because they know "better" than the individual. This kind of attitude leads to medical tyranny, and it is happening all across the U.S. today. This is the groundwork that has been laid to force mass vaccinations on the population and never be held accountable for any injuries that occur from that.
Project Bioshield, 2004
The groundwork to force everyone to be vaccinated began shortly after 9/11. President George W. Bush introduced Project BioShield. Project BioShield created a comprehensive, joint effort between the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the private pharmaceutical industry to develop drugs and vaccines to be released in the event of a biological and chemical weapon attack. Signed into law in July 2004, the program was funded with $5.6 billion over ten years.
Components of Bioshield:
Indefinite funding “medical countermeasures” – vaccines, drugs, technologies – to be released as soon as “experts” agree they were “safe enough.” In other words, Project Bioshield allowed the Secretary HHS to purchase – and use – unapproved and unlicensed vaccines/drugs.
New authority to the NIH to speed research and development of drugs and vaccines for bioterrorism threats.
Authorized fast-tracking of drugs and vaccines, using an "emergency" to use medicines and vaccines barely researched or tested.
Liability Protection Encourages More Vaccines
The end result of the 1986 Act and the NVICP (National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program) has been to create an environment that encourages manufacturers to develop even more vaccines, while conveniently exempting them from liability for the injuries and deaths that result from their powerful immune-system-altering products. Instead, the financial burden for those injuries falls on none other than the taxpayer.
With no incentive to make vaccines safe and a large and profitable market guaranteed by the CDC’s childhood vaccine schedule—as well as a growing effort to foist unnecessary and dangerous vaccines on adults—vaccine manufacturers appear to have it made.
The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act.
Senate Majority Leader, Bill Fritz, a former medical doctor (R-TN), rode a drug company protection bill into law. He used his power and Senate rank to get the bill passed during the literal eleventh hour – at 11:20pm on a Saturday night on Christmas Ever (sound familiar?). This was long after the House Appropriation Committee members had reached a final agreement on a defense bill, had signed off and (most) had gone home.
Representative Dave Obey (D-WI), a Ranking Member of the House Appropriations Committee, gave a first-hand accounting of how complete liability protection for manufacturers become law. Excerpts of his speech:
“Senator Frist marched over to the House side of the Capitol, about four hours after the Committee had finished at 6pm and were headed home. He insisted 40 pages of legislation—legislation that had never been seen by Conferees –be attached to the bill Defense Appropriation Bill. Speaker [Dennis Hastert R-IL] joined Frist’s insistence, and without a vote, the legislation was unilaterally and arrogantly inserted into the bill. [This was] a blatantly abusive power play by two of the most powerful men in Congress. We then discovered that the language provided all sorts of insulation for pharmaceutical companies…not just to drugs developed to deal with the [avian] flu, but for a far broader range of products. This is the second time that this Congress has supinely done the bidding of the pharmaceutical industry in the dead of night. The first time, a vote was held open for three hours while the Republican Majority twisted arms to create the complex and ridiculously confusing prescription drug bill that our seniors are now so desperately trying to understand—a bill that was [1000 pages long, costing $400Billion], ushered through this institution by over 600 lobbyists and that protected [drug] companies by preventing the government from even attempting to negotiate lower drug prices.”

Division E, PERPA
Medical-Fraud Called “Division E—Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREPA)” Senator Frist (a medical doctor) handed the drug companies (a special interest group) more immunity than any bill that has ever been passed by Congress.

"provides immunity from liability (except for willful misconduct) for claims of loss caused, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from administration or use of countermeasures to diseases"
The legislation provides startling and sweeping provisions. Immunity from all liability. In the event of an outbreak of any kind, all drugs, vaccines or biological products are completely protected, even if it kills you. The definition is so broad it could include OTC pills such as Tylenol.
The Secretary of HHS has absolute authority to claim such an emergency. The Secretary of HHS is an appointed, mind you, a non-medical person who has no accountability whatsoever to the general public. They are the hand-picked teammate of the president who has the power to mandate vaccines and other medications for the American people.
Immunity from all accountability.
Even if the company’s facility creates a batch of contaminated vaccines that resulted in death or injury to thousands of people (Don't act like that exact scenario hasn't already happened), the drug company will have immunity from liability and immunity from all lawsuits. A person who suffers any type of loss is legally prohibited from suing the drug companies.

Big Pharma, drug companies, doctors and nurses are protected now more than ever before, in what can only be described as a blanket protection across the industry.
If you allow them to write rules and regulations on fancy pieces of paper that they will force on your life at the barrel of their guns, where is the freedom in that?
So here we are. Laws have been written on fancy pieces of paper that you will be forced to abide by when the time comes. No one will ever be held accountable. And what are you going to do about it?
