INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour

3/4 cup Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1/3 cup Vegetable Oil

1/3 cup Milk

1 Egg

2 cups fresh/frozen Blueberries

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400*. Grease muffin tin or line with paper cups. Combine dry ingredients, mix well.

Combine Vegetable oil, Milk and 1 Egg, mix well. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of Blueberries.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle with Turbinado Sugar (A crumb topping can also be used in place of the Turbinado Sugar). Bake for 20-25 minutes.
