9 Inch pie crust
16 oz of bacon fried, drained, and crumbled
6 eggs beaten
3/4 cup of half and half
3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup of cubed/shredded swiss cheese
1 bunch of green onions chopped
Salt/Pepper to taste
Lay pie crust in pie pan crimping the edges. Add cheese, bacon, green onion to the bottom of the pie. Beat eggs, half and half, and heavy whipping cream together. Pour egg mixture over cheese, onion, and bacon in pie pan.
Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until lightly browned and set in the middle. Cool before serving. Salt/Pepper to taste. If edges start to brown prematurely cover them in foil to prevent overcooking.
